Abstract :
Substitution of traditional problem of parameters identification to a problem of identification of some additional external load to researched system is offered in conditions, when the initial information on researched parameter and about statistical properties of measurements is absent or is insignificant. The formulation of the guaranteed evaluation from below of identified parameter was suggested.
