Abstract :
The problem of the propagation of TM and TE waves in a layered periodic resonator composed of alternating layers of two semiconductors is considered in the work. The influence of collisions in semiconductor layers and changes of dielectric permittivities of the uniform half-spaces on the dispersion characteristics are calculated.
