Abstract :
The purpose of the paper is to advance the performance of the multisource remotely sensed images classification. A new conception of the classification is proposed by using the idea of the intelligent engineering and advanced method of data fusion. Image classification used by data fusion based on the statistical method is achieved and some helpful conclusions are discussed. The experiments show that the new method is superior to the traditional methods and the augmented vector approach
