Abstract
We consider the periodic screen with cell containing two rectangular slots with one offset relatively to the cellpsilas line of symmetry. Elements of reflection matrix and value of chirality measure in dependence of this offset are calculated. The optimal offset of slot in such periodic sell of thin enough screen is found. Additional checkup of chirality measure model is provided.
