Abstract :
The adoption of interleaver is one of the most important parts in Turbo encoder to realize its excellent performance. The input information sequences are permuted and so the burst errors in channel can be resisted by interleaver. After interleaving, the relativity of the checkout bits is reduced and the BER of the whole encoder can be decreased. In this text, the scheme of interleaver is improved to betterment the performance of the whole system.
