  • Abstract
    This paper reviews recent results for implantable CMOS imaging devices applied to biomedical applications. The topics include retinal prosthesis devices and deep-brain implantation devices for small animals. Device structures and their characteristics are described, and the results of in vivo experiments are mentioned.
