  • Abstract
Photoluminescence (PL) from the quantum dots (QD) conjugation suggests a much more sensitive and stable results compared to typical organic fluorescein. Hence, protein labeled by QD can be easily detected using a simple cost effective opto-electrical system. In this study, we immobilize beta-thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) antibody to the surface of quantum dots (QD) Carcarboxy-EviTag and complete a series of experiments.
