Abstract
The proposed techniques of intelligent measurement control systems building includes: sensor defects compensation concept and the receiving methods of adequate information and formalism procedures and algorithm synthesis of measuring subsystem for intelligent measurement control systems. The major emphasis is placed on the two original methods of compensation sensor defects: calibration and prediction. The authors describe the possible constructions of sensors with calibration for the example of temperature and block diagram of the correcting device and application of correction. The use of prediction method is based on the test results of sensor type. The authors described the three variants of prediction for examples of temperature: temperature is constant and temperature is variable and combination of calibration and prediction methods. The proposed techniques were tested in the industrial practice.
