Abstract :
In this paper, the optical and microstructure analysis of ZnO particles via sonication effect were studied. ZnO were synthesized and the structure and morphology were analyzed by XRD and TEM. The optical properties were determined by photoluminescence and UV spectroscopy at room temperature.
