Abstract :
In this paper, the synthesis of tungsten oxide nanoporous structure were studied. The nanostructure were synthesized via direct electrochemical anodization for 15 min. The samples were annealed at 500 ◇C for 1 hour. Raman analysis were also conducted in the anodized and annealed samples.
