Abstract
Focused on the effects of information systems (IS) resources on the firm performance, this article proposes the corresponding research model. And the model is empirically tested using data collected from 232 firms. This research not only discovers the positive effects of three kinds of IS resources on the firm performance, but also discovers the depth origin of these effects, namely, the positive effects of three kinds of IS resources on the firm performance come of their positive effects on the process performance.
