Abstract :
In this study, the conductance model will be derived based on the Landaeur formula which also includes the correction for a smaller size device as bilayer GNR is considered as one-dimensional device. The conductance is expected to take its mininmum at the Direac point due to the energy dispersion relation. The conductance model work then expected to provide a clear understanding towards the field-effect transistor applications.
