Abstract :
This paper shows an example of using linear systems theory for modeling a process encountered in biophysical chemistry research. A new technique using state space theory for synthesis and analysis of measured data from time-correlated single photon counting experiments is suggested in this paper. By way of this application it is demonstrated that there exist important common themes between seemingly disparate disciplines.
