A Study on the Guiding Mechanism for Enterprises´ Cooperative R&D in Industrial Clusters

The weakness of independent innovation capability has dramatically hindered most of the industrial clusters from promoting their sustainable competitiveness, however the weakness of enterprises´ independent and technological innovation capability along with other problems have seriously set back the sustainable development of these industrial clusters. This article firstly analyzes why cooperative R&D is important for an industrial cluster´s development, and then analyzes the retarding mechanism in an industrial cluster´s cooperative R&D, and at last proposes measures to enhance cooperative R&D after discussing the methods of realizing cooperative R&D.
