Abstract :
The knowledge has already become an important fountainhead to arise the enterprisepsilas competitive ability in the period of knowledge economy. The knowledge management plays an important role in the management of the enterprise. The tacit knowledge is the core of the knowledge intensity enterprise. According to the effective management of the tacit knowledge, the knowledge is able to be used repeatedly in the greatest degree. This article analyzed the knowledgepsilas special characters in the knowledge intensity enterprise, and proposed some measures about the tacit knowledge management which can be carried on in the knowledge intensity enterprise.
