  • Abstract
    This paper presents the possibility of applying acidic texturing using in the texturing of crystalline silicon solar cell. Alkaline texturing is used in solar cell processing, to lower the reflectance of the cell surface. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) is used to study surface morphology.
