The System Reform of Industrial Information Service Oriented to Enterprise Innovation

Guided by the requirement changing of innovation, every country is frequently adjusting development strategy to reconstructing the information service system. This paper comprises the industrial information service organization and management mode with United States, EU, Japan, and Russia, and analyses the advantage and problems in Chinapsilas industrial information service system reform. Facing these problems such as the unbalanced development, and state of separate and out of order of the industrial information service, etc. , some information service agencies probes into the reorganization of industrial information service and cooperative achievement, for example, China National Chemical Information Center (CNCIC). Some industrial information service coordination has been applied but further study and exploration still needed.
