  • Abstract
An educational robot has been recognized as an excellent tool for enhancing creativity, problem solving ability, and higher-order thinking skills. Based on this assumption, making the students´ own robots with bloc-based robot materials was performed at regular class in elementary schools. After constructing various kinds of robots with their own imagination, most of students seemed to feel achievement, satisfaction, and playfulness. About 43.3% elementary schools operate robot-based instructional program in South Korea.
