Abstract :
International competitiveness in the food processing industry (ICFPI) has a great effect on the economic development of a country. The realization and the expansion of value increment in the food processing industry are playing important promoting roles in developing our countries´ economy and improving people´s standard of living. This thesis focuses on the following issues: First, it reveals the nuance of the creation of value in international competitiveness in the food processing industry. Secondly, it analyzes the value increment process of international competitiveness in the food processing industry. Finally, based on the analysis of value increasing elements of international competitiveness in the food processing industry, the value forming factors in international competitiveness, and the evolution of models from international competitiveness factors in the food processing industry, it establishes a model of function and a system structure model of international competitiveness in the food processing industry combined with the international competitiveness model.
