To resolve the problem of enhancing the application capability of the Verification, Validation and Accreditation (VV&A) process, this paper introduce the current status of the VV&A and the necessaries of optimization of the VV&A process; Based on the analysis of the VV&A process model, describe the main activities of the phase of the VV&A process model, and define the principle of the optimization; though adopting the assessment results of the ternate groups, the VV&A agent optimize the process, Experiment validates the feasibility and rationality of the method proposed.
