Abstract :
Aimed at the deficiency of traditional acquisition method for complex equipment development, acquisition pattern of SBA(Simulation Based Acquisition) is advanced combining the M&S technology and acquisition process. The paper analyzes the LCC(Life Cycle Cost) of SBA, then provides the trait of cost and constitution of cost. The model of LCC considing time element is built.
