Abstract :
In accordance with the composition and task of the communication countermeasure system, its performance evaluation model is established. Positively combining D-S evidence theory with the weight decision-making information of the expert group, and according to the relationship between selected index and its influence degree to the upper index, we select two types of index aggregation model to calculate the system performance evaluation results. The model can reduce the uncertainty and ambiguity during the evaluation, so that improve the veracity and credibility of evaluation results. Experiments indicate that the model is feasible.
