Abstract :
We investigate the transmission properties of nonlinear superlattice in the presence of a weak electric field. Employed the approximation of plane wave, the nonlinear Schrodinger equation leads to a second order nonlinear difference equation, and we obtain transmission spectrum of wave by iterated the difference equation. The whole spectrum show the transmission coefficient has a distinctive modulation effect in the presence of a weak electric field.
