Abstract :
Due to its convenience, efficiency, non geographical restriction nature, e-commerce is one of the favorite way people do business today. Nevertheless, as a result of defects in related regulations, low levels of online trust among users, and inefficiency in government oversight, e-commerce frauds have often been seen. Lack of trust is now a big obstacle to the progress of e-commerce development. Building online trust becomes a top priority in this country.
