Abstract :
Based on the actuarial theory of endowment insurance, aiming at the replacement rate and balance between income and expenditure of endowment insurance, the model needs to be established to do the research. The worker data of a company in Shandong Province are taken as an example to analyze the condition pension target substitution rate and the balance between income and expenditure influenced by indexes, and constructive suggestions are given.
