Abstract :
In this paper, the theoretical basis of eliminating the effect of the time jitter by deconvolution method is presented. And then, the algorithm of adaptively identifying the statistical parameters of the jitter by Markov estimator and quadratic polynomial approximation and eliminating the jitter´s effect is given when its distributed type is known
