Abstract
This paper provides a study on speech acts in internet conversation and behavior in the process of online shopping. From the classification of certain speech acts, it analyzes a variety of methods in the context of purchasing communication represented by distinctive speech acts, covering the validilty condition, effectiveness, obligation and social convention in different process. Speech acts in internet conversation and behavior, if conformed to certain rules, may contribute to the ideal and effective communication among participants in online shopping.
