Electronic government paradigm

It is a well known fact that the core concepts and techniques of putting government on-line first emerged in the most technological advanced countries and they were the pioneers in the adoption of the Internet and the e-government has become a prominent strategy for government administrative reform and can potentially increase the quality of government services, generate financial savings, and improve the effectiveness of government policies and programmes. As practise has shown until now information system (IS) technologies find a most suitable application in e-government, which enables the further evolution of the services that are offered, the need that are satisfied and the areas that are covered by it. The information initiatives is used for the implementation of e-government initiatives need to be in pace with the growing call of citizens for quality, cost effective services, and responsiveness in such a dynamic and continuously changing environment. Finding solutions to the security implications is still a mirage, though so much have been put in placed to solve these inherent problems without yielding much result. This paper recommends a unified e-government paradigm model.
