Abstract :
In this paper, an effective algorithm has been proposed for the loss assessment of disasters. First, we talk about the loss assessment of disasters based on case-based reasoning, and then, the application of socio-economic data in case retrieve and case adjustment were discussed, at last, we take the loss assessment of affected people of flood disaster, typhoon and earthquake, to prove the algorithm, experiment results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective.
