Abstract
A accurate system model of three-level switching power amplifier for magnetic bearing is presented. Based on the operating principle of three-level control, the math models of left-half bridge circuit and right-half bridge circuit were deduced by using equivalent switching model. The transfer function of closed-loop system was obtained by making some small disturbed signals near the DC steady-state operating point. The simulation results of this new system model are shown to be in excellent agreement with experimental results. The proposed system model is feasible and can guide to design the required parameters of the dynamic response.
