Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to present the development of an L-band pulsed electron spin resonance (ESR) spectrometer. The configuration of a prototype spectrometer is explained. Using this spectrometer, the signal of electron spin echo (ESE) is detected for the sample of γ-irradiated quartz powder. For the ESE signal, it is stated that the detectable minimum weight of the sample is 3 g
