Abstract
Fuzzy matter-element was applied to evaluate comprehensive governance modes on sloping farmland and established a fuzzy matter-element model based on entropy weight coefficient method. In this model, take the comprehensive governance modes as matter-element things and construct compound fuzzy matter-element using the evaluation indexes and the corresponding fuzzy values of several modes. It can avoid the problem of weight allocation effectively that using the utility value which reflected the date themselves by information entropy. Finally, it will achieve sorting and selection of the best in all modes by comparing Euclid approach degree. From the evaluation of the comprehensive governance modes (conventional tillage, subsoiling + mole drain, subsoiling + furrow damming, subsoiling + mole drain + pipe drain, subsoiling + mole drain + furrow damming, subsoiling + mole drain + pipe drain + furrow damming), the result showed that subsoiling + mole drain + pipe drain + furrow damming was the best mode.
