Abstract :
SunShine, integration of distributed wireless sensor network (WSNs) and internet, can reduce the cost of health monitoring and extend the sensing coverage. However, the management of SunShine with distributed WSNs is a complex task. In this paper, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is applied to build the web-based management system for SunShine due to its flexibility and reusability. The architecture of service in SunShine is described in details. All services are programmed on Java EE 5 of NetBeans. The results of test system which is constructed on Sun SPOT show that SunShine is valuable for practice.
