Abstract :
This paper considers controller order reduction with ℋ∞ performance criterion. The author compares via examples how various controller reduction methods perform with respect to the ℋ∞ performance criterion. The author´s conclusion is that the coprime factor reduction method proposed by Goddard and Clover is most effective and easy to use for the ℋ∞ controller reduction
