Abstract
A novel switched-current algorithmic analog-to-digital converter is presented. The operation is insensitive to k parameters of MOSFET and the configuration is very simple. Resolution of the proposed converter can be estimated to 12 bits, using clock feed-through-compensated current copier cells. The operation is also confirmed on PSPICE
