Research summarization on overseas M&As of China enterprises at domestic & abroad

In recent years, with the changing of global economic situation, some academicians turned their attentions to the behaviors of overseas M&As of China enterprises. The research has different focus at home and abroad. This paper researched into the research of cross-border M&A by domestic academicians from the constitution and execution and evaluation and controlling of M&A policy, as well as the analysis of cross-border M&A of China by foreign academicians with research technics and the mirror of established cases. It also summarizes the advantage and disadvantage of the research both at home and abroad, and come up with the trendency and direction of the research of overseas M&A policies of China enterprises.
