            Abstract : 
In order to improve the economy of thermal power unit cold-end system, considering variable performance of condenser, circulating water pump, variable frequency speed regulation, and driving motor, it is proposed to establish a cold-end optimization model for 600MW super-critical unit based on SIS. The technology of offline calculation, online interpolation is applied to develop the operating optimization software of cold-end, which can reduce computer´s calculating process greatly and is of good stability, real-time performance and practical value.
