Abstract :
This paper introduces the optimal design of detachable grip spring. The optimization mathematic model of cylinder helical spring is proposed according to the design method of the spring. The model is solved by using MATLAB optimization tool. And it provides the optimal program. The result of operation indicates this method is feasibility. Optimal design method and the using of MATLAB software are helpful for the improvement of the design accuracy and efficiency.
