Abstract :
In the light of the search data of seventeen indexes about the highway transportation competence of thirty one provinces of China in 2009, this paper measures the development situation in each administrative region and makes a comparison about the competence of these districts. Meanwhile, five main influencing factors are found out, and the regional disequilibrium in highway transportation development is proved. Base on this, the paper makes several countermeasure suggestions on it.
