Abstract :
The problem of robust stabilization for a class of uncertain time-varying delay systems is addressed. The considered system has uncertainties and delays in both state and control input, the admissible parameter uncertainties do not satisfy the matching condition. A sufficient condition is obtained that the uncertain time-varying delay system is robustly stabilizable via observer-based feedback controllers by linear matrix inequalities
