Abstract :
The quality of training for the driving school is not only related with cars driving skills of coaches, but also closely with the psychological factors, safety awareness, language skills and so on. Based on the relative raw data collected from the coaches in driving school, this paper develops automobile driving coaches professional eligibility evaluation index system. It uses gray clustering analysis theory to analyze and verified this index system and give a example to demontraste the evaluation method´s feasibility.
