Abstract
A method that utilizes three intensity data records is proposed to retrieve phase and amplitude data. The Prony technique is then used to predict multipath parameters in Line Of Sight (LOS) systems such as ground reflection coefficient and transmitter antenna height. The effect of the divergence of phase shifts from the desired values and the effect of noise on the errors in the predicted parameters are studied by computer simulations. The simulation results show good performance of the proposed method and good immunity against noise.
