  • Abstract
    Based on the layered structure of shipboard electromechanical systems, a hierarchical prognostic and health management system structure has been established according to OSA-CBM specification. Then logic and data flow analysis has been down for every layer of the system including decision generation, prognostic assessment, health assessment, state dection, data processing and data acquisition. After that, the system has been modeling by several data processers, D&HA (for diagonostic and health assessment) modules and a HA(health management) module. Finally, the shipboard electromechanical platform PHM simulation environment is built up to analysis the target of modules.
