Abstract :
The article focuses on the design process of survey questionnaire and the analysis process of survey results from the aspect of E-business marketing research. It discusses on the methodology of survey of online shopping and analysis of survey results by the means of describing design of survey object, explorative survey, design of survey project and data collection etc., and explores the statistical and management meaning of the survey results with expect to provide guidance and reference for the enterprisers in the field of online shopping etc.
