Abstract :
The inverse model of system is constructed based on the off-line identification of SVM (support vector machine), and online SVM control is used into an approximate pseudo linear system, which is composed by the inverse model and the original nonlinear system, in order to reduce the nonlinear traits of system. In addition, a compound control of online SVM control and Fuzzy PID control is presented to compensate the inaccuracy of inverse model, and Fuzzy PID control is mainly used to realize the earlier period control for fast response request, while in-line SVM control is used to remove the steady-state error of controlled system in later period. Theoretic analysis and simulations show its validity when applied in large ship boiler steam pressure control.
