Abstract :
The optimum design schemes on three subsidiary control systems are described: the hot strip mills subdivision progressive intelligent optimal control structure; tension composite optimal control system; and profile and thickness coordinating optimal control and temperature control based on the established velocity. Applying to the rolling state equation and quadratic model object functions, the optimum tactics in heating continuous rolling process for the closed loop optimum control of the plate shape and thickness coordination, the roll gap correction in the crossing process, the real-time estimation of roller convex degree, the optimum roller convex development and the optimum roll bending force determination, are discussed
