Abstract :
This paper presents a servo feeding system of Micro WEDM. It applied incomplete derivation PID controller to reduce overshoot, and adopted adaptive dead-zone inverse compensation to eliminate dead-zone, which caused by piezoelectric ceramics motions in low speed. The result of simulation shows that this method can make the system to recover its linearity and the dead-zone parameters are convergent. And the result of experiment shows that the servo feeding system satisfies the need of Micro WEDM.
