  • Abstract
    At present, in the process of domestic inland waterway informationizing, the following construction of informationization project in implementing is hindered to some extent because of shortage of favourable effect feedback. For this reason, a set of operation procedure supervision system, which is helpful for administrative staff to improve work efficiency and is cared about by the waterway administrative department, will be beneficial to provide the informationization project in waterway transportation with a nice demonstrative effect. The author selects the highly praised OA system, which has been entirely implemented in inland waterway department, as a key point to carry on the research on operation procedure supervision system. This research has improved the administrative work efficiency in inland waterway department, and acquired much praise from the construction unit. The thesis, taking navigation mark maintenance as example, explains the research method of operation procedure supervision system based on OA, and provides staff in the field of waterway informationization with good samples.
