Abstract :
In the paper, a multi-queue system with cyclic mixed service is analyzed through random observation and renewal theory, and the mean waiting time of different classes of objects are derived. The mean waiting time is compared with that under single service conditions, and the comparison indicates the performance of the multi-queue system under mixed service is improved
