Abstract :
This paper mainly discussed the research on the key technique of three-dimensional reconstruction based on CT image. A system was implemented in which we can use a series of consecutive two-dimensional slices to reconstruct the original object of human bodies. It will facilitate the diagnosing and manipulating of the doctor in the surgery. According to the characteristics of images, we segmented the image with the threshold-method, and used knowledge of mathematical morphology and Region growing to dress the partition result. Then, we used the classic Marching Cubes drawing algorithm to realize the three-dimensional reconstruction of the CT image.
